These forms allow a tenant in a Florida residential rental property to legally withhold (stop paying) rent from a Florida landlord in order to force the landlord to adequately address an issue about which the tenant complains, IF: (1) the forms are used correctly and in good faith, and (2) the Landlord does not adequately address the matters complained of by the tenant within the allotted time designated in the forms.
